Recently, I downloaded your podcast. Just an episode to start, I’m not sure of the title but the music was by Grand Ole Party. Eric, Thank you for your words. I am glad you liked the ending. I wanted to leave the readers with the same feeling I felt at that moment. I would love to turn these stories into a TV show. I think they would make for a great HBO series. And, yes, I am getting pleasure from doing this podcast and I do get some wonderful feedback. Thank you for adding to the list.

Listened to this one tonight on the elliptical machine on the 14th floor of my apartment building, working out at a pace that fit your voice. I love how unpredictible the stories are — ordinary objects (baby carrots) get sensualized; sometimes the past or the imagination is more vivid or satisfying than the present; sometimes the unsexy is transformed and sometimes the sexy disappoints. And then the twist at the end of this one — worked like a slap. It reminds me of how the best Sopranos and Entourage episodes work, with an emotional and circumstantial twist, the blackout, the song in the credits. (Maybe someone from HBO will find these stories and turn them into a series — something sexy, unpredictible, but more naturalism than Red Shoe Diaries.)
