Upon opening I immediately started playing dress up by fashioning the tape around various part of my body. It was easy to try out different starting positions of the wrap, as the tape is non-sticky and reusable. I liked feeling like I could play around with the tape without being wasteful. It was easy to undo the tape from itself and wrap back up. I’m not sure how much that matters, but I couldn’t wrap the tape back around the roll in the perfection that it came in.
When my partner came in the bedroom to find black tape wrapped around my breasts and between my legs he said, “I like what you got going on with the breasts, but I am not sure about the crotch area. Let’s see what else we can do with that.”
He undid my messy bondage with ease. Then he tore of a large piece to blindfold me. The adhesive of the tape is not strong enough to hold a blindfold around my head, so he tied the tape in a knot at the back of my head. Although the tape is not sticky enough to it tear at my hair, the tape and my hair ended in a tangle in the knotting process. The bind was tight, but later as I got shifted around, the tape loosened, and the blindfold fell around my neck. The same was true for the gag.
However, the bind around my wrists stayed throughout our romp. I felt sexy wrapped in the tape. It somehow felt more artistic than being bound in cuffs, which can feel heavy, and too dungeon like if you aren’t in the right mood. Using the tape felt playful, fun and easy. The tape does not have an overly plastic smell and my partner found it easy to rip with his hands. (I had to use scissors.)
So although this product cannot hold a bind in as many ways as it advertises, I still recommend buying a roll of Pleasure Tape. Even though the tape doesn’t work so well as a blindfold or gag, it works great to bind arms and legs to each other. If your partner has a thing for duck tape, then s/he will enjoy using this product. You both will have fun dressing up and binding. Also, I think Pleasure Tape will be especially handy on trips when room in the suitcase for bondage equipment is limited.
