Mia Martina is a writer and smut podcaster. Mia’s podcast – I Want Your Sex – is told in the form of a serialized narrative about her adventures at sex parties, her experiences with open relationships, and her tales of modern urban sexuality. As one listener raves, “Mia walks the listener through the door and into a bedroom of complex physical bliss and intense emotion.”
In closing out her ten-year chapter in the Big Apple, Mia was featured in the 2010 New York Sex Blogger calendar. Her new chapter in Austin, TX began by developing a sexuality based reading series with three other sex writers. Every month BedPost Confessions brings together a diverse group of people to share stories on sex, sensuality, and the steamy side of life. Come by the show or have a listen to the podcast version.
Mia looks to inspire people to explore their sexuality and be open to new experiences. She has taught workshops on non-monogamy and loves getting listener feedback about people taking bold steps in their sexuality, whatever that means for them.
When not recording podcasts, twittering, playing fetch with her dog Pat Benatar, or decompressing with yoga, Mia can be found writing smut. Aside from the Library of Congress indexing her tweets, Mia’s writing can be found on Fearless Press, Nerve and Ravenous Romance. Her recently released memoir “A Year of Sex – tales from New York City’s erotic underground” can be found on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and iBooks. More A Year of Sex info here.

G’day Mia
I just wanted to leave you a message just to say “G’day” & how much my partner and I enjoy your podcasts.
I lived in a BDSM poly household in Sydney Australia for a while which held sex parties, BDSM parties, and gang bangs (for the adventurous woman) .
While not A slave, I did prefer to run the door and to keep the couples and mainly the ladies happy. To provide help, the feeling of security and to try to meet with what ever their needs were.
I only wish that your series was around earlier. It really would have help so much in understanding the thoughts of a single woman at a party.
I am only half way through your podcasts as I started from the beginning after I Heard you do an interview with Axe on Masocast. I was so intrigued with your comments, and thus I thought your podcast deserved a good look into. I am so glad I did. Since hearing the first one I Have become a subscriber of your podcast.
Thank you for providing insight and yes, titillation as well.
Please keep up the great work Mia.
Good luck in all your endeavors.
all the best
devoted Australian listener

p.s. I did not how not to come across as a creepy stalker type please forgive me if I do.
G’day Grant aka Hex,
Thanks for the note. Love to know where the listeners come from and where the listen. As far as I know you are my first Australian listener.
I’m glad the podcast is helpful insight into a single woman’s perspective. Thanks for subscribing.
All the best in your kinky adventures.
Stay sexy.
xxMia
Mia, thanks for livening up (and sometimes lighting up!) boring lunchtimes in the works canteen. All those stuffy people there waffling about such important crap, dressed in their office best, Blachberrying and iPhoning, are unaware I am the other side of the Atlantic, naked, and making out…
